Smoky Sweetcorn Rib Recipe

This is a super funky way of serving sweetcorn and makes a delicious bowl of tasty finger food snack or side.


Ingredients for 2-4 portions:

2 cobs of corn

The juice of 1 lemon

1 heaped teaspoon of smoked paprika

1 clove of garlic, grated

1 red chilli, finely chopped

Worcestershire sauce

Sea salt

Olive oil

2 tablespoons of plant based mayo - we used The Vuger Co. Smoky ‘Bacon’ mayo

A small handful of coriander or flat leaf parsley


Paprika Potato Salad & Roast Garlic Dressing Recipe

Salads sometimes have a bad rep of being boring not filling… well not this salad! We’ve packed in satisfying potatoes, crunch and a delicious roast garlic dressing and it’s very simple to put together - you’ve got to give this one a go!


Ingredients to serve 3-4 people:

2 medium to large potatoes

2 cloves of garlic

1-2 tsp smoked sweet paprika

1 red onion

1 red pepper

2 big handfuls of rocket leaves

The juice of 1 lemon

Olive oil

Sea salt and black pepper

Simple Paella Recipe

You may have wonderful memories of eating Paella on holiday and thought that it’s far too complicated to cook at home… here is a simple version that has developed over cooking it lots of times that’s super tasty, uses lots of veggies and works well swapping ingredients to whatever you like or may have at home. See this simply as a one pan full of deliciousness that just happens to look and taste amazing too.



I bag of Paella Rice approx 500g

I pepper

2 onions red or white

Caulishoot Katsu Recipe

Make this delicious 'Fake away' favourite at home. Pile with crunchy raw veggies, toasted sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime. Oh... if you are a fan of spice, add a chopped red chilli before tucking in!

TOP TIP: Not keen on cauliflower? Slices of roasted sweet potato, aubergine & tofu are delicious as alternatives.



2 handfuls of Caulishoots washed and cut in half length ways.

3 carrots washed and roughly chopped

1 onion ( red or white finely chopped)

3 garlic cloves grated

Kale, Fennel & Tempeh Salad

This kale salad is so quick to throw together. Massaging the kale softens the leaves so no cooking required, meaning a super green veggie salad in mintues!

Serves 4 


3 - 4 large handfuls of kale washed and roughly torn

1/2 a bulb of fennel washed & finely sliced

1 pack of Tempeh - we used the Tiba Tempeh marinated pieces

Some toasted pumpkin or sunflower seeds

Olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon

Salt & Pepper



Satay Butternut Boodles

These satay boodles are so speedy to throw together, make an awesome swap out for regular noodles, add that extra veg into another meal and are off the scale delicious.

TOP TIP: They don’t need a lot of cooking , just 2/3 minutes in the pan will be enough and keep the couch and structure so they don’t go mushy!


What you will need:

1 small butternut or half a large.

2 handfuls of spring greens washed and shredded (thinly sliced) or a bag of spinach roughly chopped.

Spring onions - washed and finley sliced

Fajita Gem Taco Recipe


You will LOVE these tasty tacos with a twist.

Super fresh crunchy gem lettuce leaves filled with fajita spiced chickpeas and veggies. These are So easy to throw together and loaded with flavour.

Make these your own - top with chilles, avocado, toasted crunchy seeds, spring onions a splash of spicy sauce, a squeeze a lime and a dollop of cool yoghurt or sour cream just to finish!



What you will need - This makes at least 2 for 4 people


1 x Whole gem lettuce.

Greek Salad Recipe

This classic combination is fresh, crunchy and just delicious! To create this awesome salad it just takes a bit of chopping and some love.

Ingredients to serve 4-6:

1 cucumber washed and chopped into 1 inch chunks

6-8 tomatoes washed and chopped into chunks

1 red onion peeled and diced

1 handful of fresh parsley washed and roughly chopped

2 handfuls of olives

1 pack of violife greek block, drained and chopped into chunks

4 tbsp of olive oil

Bangers & Veg Tray Bake Recipe

This is a really simple one tray bake. Just a simple bit of chopping is all the work that is involved to rustle up complete, tasty dish full of flavour, and full of veg! 

REAL FOOD FOR REAL LIFE  - Chop, Roast and Ta-da dinner is served! 


Serves 3 - 4 

1 pack of your favourite plant based sausages (we used Linda McCartneys for this recipe)

1 aubergine

1/2 a butternut squash

2 red onions

8-10 cherry vine tomatoes

1 teaspoon of mixed dried herbs or a couple of sprigs of rosemary or thyme
